As NHU’s bio fermentation production center, the Heilongjiang base capitalizes on the region’s rich corn resources and relies on advanced bio-fermentation technology and established fine chemical manufacturing to build production lines for Q10, VC, B12, calcium pantothenate, serine, starch sugar, among others, in a green and intelligent manner. The base engages in in-depth collaboration with domestic and international biotechnology organizations, exploring the latest developments of enzyme directional modification, gene circuit design, cell factory construction, and other areas of synthetic biology. Through ongoing innovation in biomanufacturing, the base is extending its industrial chain and accelerating towards the goal of becoming a world leading biomanufacturing hub.
Stands as NHU’s largest manufacturing hub, the Shandong base encompassing Shandong NHU Holdings Co., Ltd., Shandong NHU Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shandong NHU Amino Acids Co., Ltd., Shandong NHU Vitamins Co., Ltd., Shandong NHU Fine Chemical Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and NHU Weifang Haicheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd., among others. This base focuses on the production and sales of flavors and fragrances, high-quality nutritional products, new materials, and other related products. Operating under the development philosophy of Integration, Serialization, and Synergy, it fully leverages its strengths in scientific research and innovation and has built the first green and recycling integrated methionine production facility in China boasting independent intellectual property rights, becoming a prominent monomer flavor production base in the flavors industry in China.
The Xinchang base serves as NHU’s manufacturing hub in the health sector, comprising Xinchang NHU Vitamins Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Vityesun Animal Nutrition and Health Co., Ltd. It focuses on the production and application research of products regarding human and animal nutrition, high-end APIs, and more. This base concentrates on the R&D and production of nutritional and health-related products, creating an industrial incubation platform for the greater health sector and establishing a comprehensive innovation and research system that integrates products, technology, and services, aiming to offer richer solutions for human health.
The Shangyu base encompasses Sahngyu NHU Bio-Chem Co., Ltd., Zhejiang NHU Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang NHU Special Materials Co., Ltd., specializing in producing and selling nutritional products such as vitamins, lutein, astaxanthin, taurine, and more, as well as high-end materials like polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyphthalamide (PPA), and long-fiber reinforced thermoplastics (LFT). The Base operates on principles of integration, serialization, synergy, and open collaboration, continuously expanding its offerings in nutritional products and building a comprehensive industrial chain from key raw materials to polymers and PPS and its modified applications. It aims to become a leading supplier of nutritional products and a provider of high-performance specialty engineering plastics solutions in China.
